Actually, I read that Snoop added his lyrics, but Dre wasn't feeling it and decided to hold onto it. And when Pac came home, Dre asked Tupac to take the beats home and see what he could do with it. Pac told Dre that he could write something real quick, which took about 20 minutes or so. It was said that while Tupac was in the booth spitting his rhymes that watching him lit up the studio. It is said that Dre was blown away how quick Tupac came up with the lyrics and how fast he blew it out. So no one else was responsible for Tupac getting that song. It was Dre who gave it to Tupac because he didn't like the other versions of the song. And I heard that Dre even asked Cube to see what he could do with it, but didn't like his version either. That's how Tupac ended up with U Can't See Me. George Clinton and Nancy's parts were already done, so all Tupac had to do was write and add his lyrics to the song. Sorry, it wasn't Tupac's turn.
